Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns & exchanges! All you need to do is:
get in touch within 14 days of delivery to let us know if you require a refund or are looking to make an exchange
send the item(s) back to us within a further 14 days
we'll then organise a refund or get your new items made up and sent out

Conditions:

unless they have arrived damaged, personalised items can't be returned or exchanged
the buyer is responsible for any return postage costs
items must be sent back in their original condition and must be unused. If this is not done, the buyer is responsible for any loss in the item's value.
